She joins, participates, and remembers
Stella is an AI meeting agent that joins Google Meet calls as a voice participant. She listens, speaks, and answers questions using a knowledge base — replacing passive notetakers with an active team member.

Full Setup Instructions →
Make her create a meeting on the spot, which you and others can join on the go. She will auto-admit everyone and enable the note taker to take transcripts.
Make her join a meeting that already exists. She will join with all her knowledge to help and assist you.
Invite her into a future meeting by adding her to a calendar event. She will take the description and prepare herself a good briefing before joining — briefed and ready.
After any meeting she will monitor email and calendar events looking for transcriptions and notes, then ingest related documents to enrich her memory.
Her memory contains a list of known peers. She will auto-accept events from those peers and notify you about invitations from unknown contacts.
Feed her memory with documents you consider of interest. She will ingest and analyse them, making all that knowledge available when she joins a meeting.

View on GitHub"Stella shows up to every meeting without being reminded, already briefed on the agenda. It's like having a team member who's always prepared and never late."
"We've stopped losing context between meetings. Stella carries the thread from one sprint to the next. It's the institutional memory we never knew we were missing."
"We used to spend the first 10 minutes of every meeting reconstructing the last one. Stella eliminated that entirely. She walks in already knowing where we left off."
